| Prescription Pickup Notification |
When a Prescription is picked up, the Practitioner receives a notification email.
When a Prescription has not been picked up in three days, you and your Patient will receive a Reminder Email. Remember that if your Patient is having trouble getting the email or using the web, you can pick up the Prescription for them, by entering the Prescription number and Patient’s last name on the Crane Herb homepage.
